The Foundation for the Rule of Law (FEDe. Colombia) categorically rejects the announcement by the Ministry of Justice of a proposal to convene a National Constituent Assembly, and reaffirms its commitment to defending the Political Constitution of 1991 as the foundation of the social rule of law, institutional stability, and democratic freedoms in Colombia.
