The National Electoral Council is required to comply with its duty to guarantee full, complete, and verifiable public access to the income and expenditure reports of political campaigns, including their supporting documents, through the effective and permanent availability of the annexes underpinning the items reported in the Cuentas Claras application, for each electoral process.
