Tribunal admits lawsuit against the ANT over alleged failures in the publication of contracts and land purchases

Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca, National Land Agency, SECOP II

The Foundation for the Rule of Law found that some contracts and land acquisition processes of the National Land Agency (ANT) apparently lacked the publicity required on SECOP II. Based on these findings, the Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca admitted a compliance action seeking to require the ANT to publish its contracting activity in full.
