The Council of State admits FEDe. Colombia’s lawsuit against the decrees that froze toll rates

The Council of State admitted the lawsuit filed by the Foundation for the Rule of Law (FEDe. Colombia) against Decrees 050 and 2287 of 2023, which froze toll rates from 2023, and against Resolutions 20243040001125, 20243040035675 and 20243040065055 of 2024, which subsequently ordered a gradual increase in rates without specifying how the revenue lost during the freeze period would be made up.
