Courts admit compliance action against the National Land Agency for failure to meet contractual transparency obligations

The Foundation for the Rule of Law filed suit against the National Land Agency for failing to publish on SECOP II contracts and land purchase processes involving more than 969 billion pesos in public resources in land acquisition proceedings. In the face of information gaps, the action seeks to compel the National Land Agency to publish its contracting activity on SECOP II.
