FEDe. Colombia warns of serious risks in the draft decree seeking to force the repatriation of pension savings

The Foundation for the Rule of Law (FEDe. Colombia) views with concern the draft regulation published by the Ministry of Finance, which could distort the private nature of individual savings. The measure proposes replacing the fiduciary duty based on technical criteria of security and return with public policy objectives, thereby exposing the resources to unjustified risk concentration.
