The Presidency of the Republic fails to comply with its duty to publish contracts

The Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca declared that the Presidency of the Republic has failed to comply with its statutory obligation to publish the contractual documentation related to the negotiation and implementation of peace processes. The ruling, resulting from an action filed by the Foundation for the Rule of Law (FEDe. Colombia), orders the publication of contractual documents to ensure transparency and citizen oversight of resources allocated to the peace policy.
