Tribunal orders Teveandina to publish its contracts following lawsuit for lack of transparency

The Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca ordered the public broadcaster Teveandina – Canal Trece to publish all of its contracting activity on SECOP II, in a ruling favorable to a compliance action filed by the Foundation for the Rule of Law. The decision found that the broadcaster had failed to meet its statutory obligation to publish all documents related to its contracts, a key requirement for ensuring transparency and citizen oversight over the use of public resources.
