The Foundation for the Rule of Law (FEDe. Colombia) expresses serious concern over the recent reports published by the Investigative Unit of Noticias Caracol, which indicate the possibility that members of the Army and the National Intelligence Directorate (DNI) may have ties to the Estado Mayor de Bloques y Frente, the criminal organization of the FARC dissidents under the leadership of Alexander Díaz, alias "Calarcá."
