FEDe. Colombia demands that the Government respect the Council of State ruling and not impose environmental guidelines on the Bogotá Savanna without consultation

The Foundation for the Rule of Law warns that the Ministry of Environment intends to impose environmental planning guidelines on the Bogotá Savanna without complying with the mandatory consultation process ordered by the Council of State. Any unilateral decision would violate the existing precautionary measure and jeopardize the legality and environmental sustainability of the Bogotá River basin.
