Law 2494 of 2025 establishes measures on the preparation, publication, and dissemination of opinion polls. This statute is tainted by an irreparable procedural defect in that it disregarded the statutory law reservation. Furthermore, it violates the guarantee of freedom of expression and the principle of non-censorship, citizen deliberation, and equality in political participation.
