Courts compel Ecopetrol Group company to make its contracting activity public

Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca, Compliance Action, ECOPETROL, SECOP II, Transparency and publicity

The Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca ordered Oleoducto de Colombia S.A., a company of the Ecopetrol Group, to publish all of its contracting activity on SECOP II, after finding that it had failed to comply with its statutory transparency obligation.
