The Foundation for the Rule of Law expresses its profound concern and rejection in response to the circulation of reports, statements, and events pointing to the existence of deliberate attempts to destabilize the constitutional order in Colombia and to force the President of the Republic from power outside the mechanisms established by the Constitution of 1991.
