The Cundinamarca Tribunal orders ANLA to publish the appointment acts of its officials, reaffirming the transparency obligations of public entities

The Foundation for the Rule of Law (FEDe. Colombia) obtained a favorable first-instance ruling in a compliance action against the National Environmental Licensing Authority (ANLA), requiring it to publish up-to-date administrative acts appointing its officials. The Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca found that the entity had failed to meet its statutory transparency obligations and ordered it to disclose appointments made since 2020 within a three-month period, in a decision that reaffirms a duty applicable to all public entities.
