The Council of State admits lawsuit challenging the legality of a presidential order requiring 33.3% of official advertising to be allocated to alternative and community media and new technologies

The Council of State admitted the lawsuit filed by the Foundation for the Rule of Law against Presidential Directive 11 of 2024, which requires public entities to allocate a fixed percentage of their communications budget to contracting community and alternative media.
