Intervention regarding Legislative Decree 106 of 2025, which establishes financing and debt-relief measures for small agricultural producers

In Judgment C-246 of 2025, the Constitutional Court declared the decree partially constitutional, having found that some provisions: (i) lacked a material connection to the crisis that gave rise to the state of internal disturbance; (ii) extended beyond the affected territory; and (iii) put forward structural and general solutions that belong to ordinary public policy.
