Annulment action against Presidential Directive 11 of 2024 relating to resources allocated to alternative and community media, among others

Presidential Directive 11 of 2024 disregards the fact that it is Congress that is empowered to regulate matters relating to public procurement. The challenged directive imposes restrictions on the selection of providers of information and institutional campaign services, thereby violating the contractual autonomy of public entities, as well as the principles of equality and free competition.
