Annulment action against Decree 302 of 2025 declaring a civic holiday

Decree 302 of 2025, issued by the President of the Republic, the Ministries of the Interior, Health and Social Protection, Labor, and Education, and the Administrative Department of the Civil Service, established a civic holiday. This decree violates the public employment regime, arbitrarily alters the rules on working hours, remuneration, and effective service, and disregards the procedures established by law for such decisions.
