Action to require the activation of the Early Warning System for child sexual violence

The Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca ordered the respondent entities to determine the mechanism through which the National Early Warning System for the Prevention of Sexual Violence against Children, Adolescents, and Women will operate and be implemented, within ten business days. The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit was urged to, once the mechanism is determined, take the necessary steps to approve the corresponding budgetary allocation. The respondents were further urged to, once the budgetary allocation is approved, regulate the functions, competencies, and components of the system within six months.
