Council of State suspends presidential directive that promoted InterNexa in public procurement of technology and innovation

The Council of State provisionally suspended Presidential Directive 06 of 2025, which directed ministries, administrative departments and other entities of the Executive Branch to turn to InterNexa S.A. to strengthen their technology and innovation procurement. The decision was issued in an annulment action filed by the Foundation for the Rule of Law.
