Tribunal orders the National Land Agency to disclose its land contracting for the Comprehensive Rural Reform

The Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca declared that the National Land Agency failed to meet its transparency obligations by not publishing on SECOP II the documents and contracts related to the acquisition and allocation of land for the Comprehensive Rural Reform, and ordered it to do so immediately. Although the decision was adopted at the close of the Gustavo Petro government, its effects extend beyond that period, since the obligation rests with the National Land Agency and must be fulfilled by the administration that continues to implement this public policy.
