Lawsuit admitted against the Presidency of the Republic for violation of freedom of expression, freedom of the press, and access to information

The Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca admitted the popular action filed by the Foundation for the Rule of Law (FEDe. Colombia) questioning the manner in which the President of the Republic repeatedly engages in accusations and dangerous generalizations against the country's media outlets and journalists.
