Lawsuit admitted against the Presidency of the Republic and the Ministries of Defense and the Interior for lack of territorial control and the escalation of violence in the department of Arauca

The Administrative Tribunal of Arauca admitted the popular action filed by the Foundation for the Rule of Law seeking the protection of the collective rights and interests to peace, public security, the enjoyment of public space, and the collective survival of indigenous communities — rights that are being systematically violated.
