Ecopetrol, Fontur, and Satena join the list of entities failing to comply with contracting disclosure obligations

Lawsuits filed by FEDe. Colombia against key state entities — including ECOPETROL, SATENA, and FONTUR (an autonomous patrimony administered by FIDUCOLDEX) — have been admitted for failing to fully comply with their obligation to publish their contracting activity on the Public Procurement Electronic System (SECOP II). The Foundation for the Rule of Law filed lawsuits against these three entities, which have been admitted and are currently pending before the Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca, following a finding that they are not fully complying with Article 13 of Law 1150 of 2007.
