The Foundation for the Rule of Law (FEDe. Colombia) conducted an analysis of the draft decree on negotiations and approaches within the framework of the peace policy. FEDe. Colombia concluded that certain sections of the draft represent a risk and a threat to the Rule of Law. In particular, it threatens the principles of separation of powers and constitutional government.
