The Government repeats the same mistake as the previous legislative term regarding the health reform: processing it as an ordinary law in a clear constitutional infringement

The national Government intends to file the health reform before the Seventh Committee of the House of Representatives to be processed as an ordinary law, on the grounds that its content is of a mixed nature.
