Lawsuit of Unconstitutionality, Public Security, Segunda Marquetalia, Total Peace

The Administrative Department of the Presidency of the Republic (DAPRE) responded to the lawsuit filed by the Foundation for the Rule of Law (FEDe. Colombia) challenging the legality of initiating negotiations with the armed group "Segunda Marquetalia."
