Colombia) se pronuncia frente a las recientes publicaciones sobre conversaciones atribuidas al magistrado Vladimir Fern\u00e1ndez Andrade y a Olmedo L\u00f3pez, exdirector de la Unidad Nacional para la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres (UNGRD), conocidas en el marco de las investigaciones relacionadas con esa entidad. FEDe. Colombia considera que el magistrado Fern\u00e1ndez debe solicitar su separaci\u00f3n temporal de funciones mientras se esclarecen los hechos. Esta medida no comporta una valoraci\u00f3n sobre su responsabilidad ni sustituye las competencias de las autoridades encargadas de investigarlo. Se trata de una medida temporal dirigida a separar el tr\u00e1mite de los cuestionamientos individuales del ejercicio de las funciones de la Corte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"slim_seo":{"title":"FEDe.
