El Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca declar\u00f3 que la Agencia Nacional de Tierras incumpli\u00f3 sus deberes de transparencia al no publicar en SECOP II documentos y contratos relacionados con la adquisici\u00f3n y adjudicaci\u00f3n de predios para la Reforma Rural Integral y le orden\u00f3 hacerlo de manera inmediata. Aunque la decisi\u00f3n fue adoptada al cierre del gobierno de Gustavo Petro, sus efectos trascienden ese periodo, pues la obligaci\u00f3n recae sobre la Agencia Nacional de Tierras y deber\u00e1 ser atendida por la administraci\u00f3n que contin\u00fae ejecutando esta pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
