La decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 a partir de una demanda presentada por la Fundaci\u00f3n para el Estado de Derecho (FEDe. Colombia). Mientras se resuelve de fondo sobre la legalidad del acto, el DAPRE no puede seguir aplic\u00e1ndolo. La suspensi\u00f3n tiene efectos tanto sobre los procesos de contrataci\u00f3n del DAPRE como sobre las condiciones laborales de los servidores p\u00fablicos.
