El Consejo de Estado admiti\u00f3 la demanda presentada por la Fundaci\u00f3n para el Estado de Derecho (FEDe. Colombia) contra los Decretos 050 y 2287 de 2023, que congelaron las tarifas de los peajes desde el a\u00f1o 2023, y contra las Resoluciones 20243040001125, 20243040035675 y 20243040065055 de 2024, con las que posteriormente se orden\u00f3 el incremento gradual de las tarifas sin determinar la forma en que se han de ajustar los saldos dejados de percibir por el periodo de congelamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
