Conforme al art\u00edculo 20 de la Constituci\u00f3n, la libertad de prensa es un pilar esencial del orden democr\u00e1tico. Actuaciones como la mencionada desconocen la independencia period\u00edstica y la autonom\u00eda editorial de los medios, y exceden el poder regulatorio del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
