Tribunal orders Nueva EPS to publish three years of outstanding financial statements

The Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca ordered Nueva EPS to publish its financial statements for 2023, 2024 and 2025, after concluding that it had failed to meet the legal obligations requiring disclosure of that information. The decision concerns the health insurer (EPS) with the most members in the country, currently under intervention by the National Health Superintendency, which must comply with the court order within three months. Nueva EPS's financial information is essential to understand the entity's economic situation, strengthen transparency in the management of public health resources and facilitate oversight by authorities, users and citizens.
