The Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca admitted action for non-compliance with subsidy payments in the energy and gas sector

The Tribunal admitted the lawsuit filed by the Foundation for the Rule of Law against the Ministry of Mines and Energy and the Ministry of Finance for the repeated failure to pay subsidies and social contributions in the electricity and gas sectors.
