Press release — Precautionary measure against Directive 11 and the radicalization of official discourse

The Foundation for the Rule of Law (FEDe. Colombia) calls on all parties to comply with the decision issued by the Council of State on August 19, 2025, which provisionally suspended the effects of Presidential Directive 11 of 2024. This directive ordered national public entities to allocate 33.3% of their communications budget to contracting official advertising services through alternative, community, and digital media.
