Lawsuit admitted against the Ministry of Finance, ANI, and Invías for failures regarding the State Contingency Fund

The Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca admitted the compliance action filed by the Foundation for the Rule of Law against three Government entities for failing to fulfill statutory duties that guarantee the operation of the State Entities Contingency Fund (FCEE). The action warns that the lack of oversight and the improper provisioning of Fund resources jeopardizes strategic projects, increases the risk of multi-billion-peso judgments against the Nation, and erodes the confidence of investors and contractors.
