Lawsuit admitted against the Government for omitting its obligation to publish contracts under the Total Peace policy

The budget executed by the national Government in peace negotiations and talks is channeled through three funds: the Colombia en Paz Fund, the UN Multi-Donor Fund, and the Special Programs for Peace Fund (Fondo Paz), all of which have for months ceased to publish the contractual documents related to the execution of peace resources.
