The Ideas area of FEDe. Colombia is opening a call to select a student to support the Rule of Law Monitor (Semáforo del Estado de Derecho) project.

The Monitor is a tool that seeks to warn of potential risks to the rule of law and to democratic principles arising from constitutional and legislative reforms and administrative acts.

The student will support activities such as:

• Reviewing public platforms such as the Congress website, SUCOP, and the websites of public entities and private organizations, among others.
• Tracking the legislative process.
• Supporting the legal analysis of draft regulations.
• Supporting the preparation of reports and bulletins.

Contract terms:

• Service contract until December 31, 2026.
• Part-time.
• Monthly fees of two million Colombian pesos.
