Council of State admits the Foundation for the Rule of Law’s lawsuit against the Tarso and Salgar APPA

Antioquia, APPA, Food Production Protection Area, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

The high court will review the resolution that declared more than 8,300 hectares in these two municipalities of Antioquia a Food Production Protection Area. The case is part of the legal actions brought by the Foundation against the APPAs in different regions of the country.
