Compliance with the statutory duty to publish and disclose the asset and income disclosures of obligated persons

The Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca ordered the Administrative Department of the Civil Service (DAFP) to comply with its statutory and regulatory duty to exercise oversight and control over the uploading and updating of: asset and income disclosures, income tax filings, and conflict-of-interest declarations on SIGEP. Consequently, within five days, it must verify that public entities are meeting this obligation and report cases of non-compliance to the oversight bodies.
