Clarifications on constitutional reform proposals in the framework of the 2016 Peace Agreement

In this document, FEDe. Colombia seeks to address the questions raised by the public statements of the President of the Republic and certain former public officials regarding the possibility of convening a constituent process to implement reforms associated with the 2016 Peace Agreement and other measures relating to social security, justice, territory, climate change, among other matters.
