Annulment action against Resolution 2785 of 2024 on exclusive parking zones for diplomatic corps

The resolution issued by the Ministries of Transport and Foreign Affairs regulating exclusive parking zones for diplomatic corps was signed by Álvaro Leyva Durán while he was suspended from his position as Foreign Minister by order of the Office of the Inspector General. He therefore lacked the legal competency to act, in violation of the principle of legality.
