Resolution 2024420000003568-6 of 2024 issued by the National Health Superintendency ordered the intervention of the Centro Oriente E.S.E. Sub-Network. This intervention was carried out without respecting the statutory requirements, without sufficient evidence, and in disregard of the actual state of service provision by the Sub-Network. Furthermore, it seriously affects the healthcare delivery and service provision for users who are predominantly members of the subsidized regime.
