Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca admits compliance action on the execution of specific action plans for recovery, rehabilitation, and reconstruction related to the La Niña and El Niño phenomena

Article 61 of Law 1523 of 2012 establishes that following the declaration of a national disaster, the UNGRD must prepare a specific action plan for the affected areas, including recovery, rehabilitation, and reconstruction activities. The Government declared the La Niña disaster in November 2022 and the El Niño disaster in January 2024.
