Annulment action against Resolution 53 of 2026, which established a Temporary Location Zone within the peace dialogue table with the Coordinadora Nacional Ejército Bolivariano

Resolution 53 of 2026, issued by the President of the Republic, established the Temporary Location Zone called "Comprehensive Training and Temporary Location Zone of Valle del Guamuez", in Putumayo, within the peace dialogue table with the Coordinadora Nacional Ejército Bolivariano. The lawsuit argues that the act violates higher-ranking norms because it does not prove that the peace process was at an advanced stage, omits the geographic and temporal delimitation of the zone, does not justify its advisability or the mechanisms to guarantee the rule of law, and does not prove a genuine will on the part of the organization to transition to legality. It also challenges the implementation of the measure, given the entry of members of the organization into the zone under the protection of the suspension of arrest warrants.
