This bulletin analyzes the regulatory bills processed during the 2023–2024 legislative term relating to the environment sector. The bills analyzed strengthen the principle of good governance and environmental protection. However, threats to the principle of constitutional government, the autonomy of territorial entities, and the separation of powers are also noted.
