Annulment action against Decree 639 of 2025 calling a popular consultation

On June 11, 2025, the President of the Republic issued Decree 639, calling a national popular consultation with twelve questions on labor matters, without meeting the constitutional requirements and without the prior authorization of the Senate, as required by Article 104 of the Constitution.
